About the Service

Registration of individuals as insured persons and the opening of an individual personal account with a permanent (unchangeable) social insurance number, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including:

• Persons with an employment contract;
• Persons elected, appointed, or approved for a paid position;
• Persons with military and special ranks;
• Persons working under a civil law contract;
• Self-insured individuals;
• Persons listed under Articles 14.5.1–1.9 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Social Insurance";
• Able-bodied family members of family farms using agricultural lands owned by them.
