The “Labor and Employment” subsystem is intended to formalize labor relations between employees and employers in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, obtain certificates on labor relations, as well as organize labor, labor protection, organize services in the field of employment electronically in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Employment”, including maintaining a register of employed persons in electronic form, registering unemployed and job seekers, creating a vacancy bank and a table of staff units, issuing an opinion electronically on the issuance of a work permit or extension of its term to foreigners and stateless persons to engage in paid labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as control over compliance with employment and labor legislation, and implement electronic monitoring of compliance by insurers with the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Social Insurance” and “On Unemployment Insurance”.
