VTISK (the Tariff and Qualification Reference Book for white-collar positions common to all sectors) is a normative document prepared in accordance with the requirements of Articles 57 and 156 of the Labour Code and is applied in enterprises for determining wage grades for managerial, specialist, and technical positions. VTISK is used as a primary reference document in the preparation of job descriptions, personnel selection and placement, conduct of attestations, and the conclusion of employment contracts.
