The possibility of e-officializing short-term work permits has also been created at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
Within the “Labour and Employment” subsystem of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, a new feature has been introduced under the “Official Correspondence Between Employer and Employee” section, enabling the electronic formalization of short-term leave from work.
The new functionality simplifies the process for employers and expands their management capabilities.
Specifically, when setting leave limits, employers can activate or deactivate this feature by selecting “Yes” or “No” in the “Should service leave be deducted from employees’ hour limits?” section.
When the service is active, the period is recorded as “Service Leave” and is not counted toward the employee’s total leave hours.
This new feature facilitates more flexible and transparent official correspondence between employees and employers, while also ensuring more efficient digital management of internal labour processes.
