New functionality in “Labour and Employment” subsystem: you can sign not only the employment contract, but also other documents in the e-procurement

A new functionality has been introduced in the “Labor and Employment” subsystem (ƏMAS) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

From now on, employers will be able to digitally sign not only employment contracts but also other legal documents within the framework of labor relations directly through the system.

This innovation is based on Article 200 of the Labor Code. According to this article, an employer may conclude a written agreement on full material responsibility with employees aged 18 or older who are entrusted with property or other material assets during their work and who participate in operations such as the storage, processing, sale, transportation, or use of those assets.

Thanks to the new functionality, documents of this kind — including agreements on full material responsibility, information technology security agreements, commitment agreements, and other supplementary documents — can now be signed electronically.

This enhancement not only simplifies document circulation between employers and employees but also promotes further digitalization of labor relations, ensuring greater transparency and legal accountability.
