The “Women in GovTech 2025” report features interviews with female employees of the Ministry working in the field of implementing e-services

The “Women in GovTech 2025” report published by Singapore’s “GovInsider” platform highlights the activities of women leaders who play a significant role in the development of electronic technologies in the public sector across various countries.

 

This year’s report, dedicated to “Inclusive Technology Trusted by All,” presents interviews with 100 female professionals from 29 countries.

 

Among them are interviews with Vüsalə Muzaffarova and Sabina Huseynova, employees of the DOST Digital Innovations Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan. https://govinsider.asia/intl-en/article/meet-the-women-in-govtech-2025

 

Vüsalə Muzaffarova spoke about the work carried out in Azerbaijan within the framework of digitalizing services in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection, building proactive and inclusive public services, implementing artificial intelligence solutions, and projects aimed at increasing employment.

 

Sabina Huseynova shared her views on the digitalization of social services in Azerbaijan, an inclusive and human-centered approach, the “e-Social” portal, the application of artificial intelligence, and how technology facilitates citizens’ daily lives.

 

The “Women in GovTech 2025” report demonstrates the important role of women in improving public services based on e-technologies. The inclusion of Azerbaijani women in this global report shows that the active participation of women in ensuring digital development in our country is highly appreciated at the international level.
