The “Social Work Management” electronic system has been launched

As a joint project of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and the DOST Digital Innovations Center, the initial version of the “Social Work Management” electronic system has been launched.

The new e-system aims to ensure more efficient organization of social services based on a unified approach and to optimize the social work process carried out with individuals and families in need of such services.

This e-system enables the strengthening of coordination among relevant institutions in the field of social services, facilitates the exchange of information between institutions regarding individuals requiring social services and their needs, and, as a result, ensures greater operational efficiency in service delivery.

The “Social Work Management” e-system will also play an important role in increasing flexibility and transparency in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of social work processes, as well as in the timely identification of risks.

At the next stages, it is envisaged to expand and further improve the system’s functionality.
