The new feature on the “e-Social” portal serves to enhance usability for persons with disabilities

Toward the end of 2025, the “Central Career Portal,” developed by order of the State Employment Agency, was also launched. The purpose of establishing the Portal is to consolidate labour market information on a single digital platform, support young people in their career choice and career development processes, and increase employers’ awareness of the skills they require in the workforce.

Farhad Karimov noted that the “Central Career Portal” includes the “Graduate Employment Ranking” platform, the “Create a CV” tool, and the “Alo Career” support service, as well as two innovative platforms — the “Job Values Tool” and the “Occupations Atlas.” The “Job Values Tool” was developed to help users identify their career and professional interests. By participating in the survey embedded in the system, an assessment is carried out taking into account individuals’ interests, education, and experience. A list of potential occupational fields matching their interests is presented. The objective is to assist users in making well-founded decisions regarding their careers.

Another project prepared in the field of employment is the “Vocational Training Module.” Through this module, records are kept of individuals referred to vocational training under individual employment programs, as well as of institutions providing vocational education, and the training process envisaged by legislation is ensured. The development of the module enabled the digitalization of processes traditionally carried out in this area and thus ensured the centralization of processes and data.

One of the services presented toward the end of the year was also the “Register of Legal Entities Acting as Employment Intermediaries.” Through the electronic service, enterprises registered in this field are recorded in the system and their activities are monitored. The “Alo Career” service is one of the functional services launched on the portal. The service is intended for persons aged 14 and above. School students, unemployed and job-seeking individuals, as well as the guardians of school students, will be able to receive career guidance counseling through this service,” added the Deputy Director of the DOST Digital Innovations Center.

Farhad Karimov emphasized that in 2025, the addition of an accessibility menu to the “e-Social” portal served to enhance ease of use for persons with disabilities. In addition, a function enabling the electronic signing of employment contracts via the “e-Social” mobile application was launched: “With this functionality, citizens can sign employment contracts online.”

Finally, he noted that innovations will continue. Of the 150 services provided to citizens by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, 136 are already fully electronic. Of these services, 52 are delivered proactively. Innovations in services will continue in 2026 as well,” Farhad Karimov emphasized.
