The Ministry's artificial intelligence projects were included in the international report "GovMesh Horizons"
Singapore-based organisation GovInsider, in its GovMesh Horizons report, highlights significant new practices achieved by countries in the field of digital transformation in 2025.
The report also presents the experience of the DOST Digital Innovation Centre, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, in advancing digitalisation in the social sector, including the artificial intelligence projects it has implemented.
Special attention is drawn to the AI-powered “iDost” digital assistant deployed on the Ministry’s “e-social” portal to enhance the quality of services provided to citizens, as well as to the artificial intelligence–driven algorithms used within the e-system for disability assessment.
Alongside Azerbaijan, the report showcases the achievements of a total of eleven countries, including Indonesia, Iceland, Japan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Korea, and others.
The GovMesh initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of best practices in digitalisation, discuss existing challenges, and foster new opportunities for cooperation.
