The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has been awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” in an international competition

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population’s “Social Data Management Mechanism” project has received high recognition at the international level. The Ministry was awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” for 2026 within the “International Award for Public Sector Transformation” competition organized by the UK-based international organization “iESE – The Public Sector Transformation Partner”.

The award was granted in recognition of the Ministry’s innovative governance model built on the Centralized Electronic Information System (MEİS), as well as for the integration of social data, analytics-driven decision-making mechanisms, and the “e-sosial” portal. This approach not only increases the efficiency and responsiveness of social services, but also makes a significant contribution to enhancing transparency and citizen satisfaction.

Within the framework of the competition, the jury evaluated projects and best practices from more than 80 public institutions across various countries. The Ministry’s project stood out internationally in terms of innovation, sustainability, scope of impact, and applicability.

This achievement once again confirms the success of reforms implemented in the country towards the digitalization of public administration, and underscores the effectiveness of a modern, data-driven governance model in the social sphere.
