The “Employment Intermediation” module has been launched in the “Labour and Employment” subsystem
The registry maintenance and reporting process for legal entities engaged in employment intermediation has been digitalized.
In order to establish a unified information database on legal entities engaged in employment intermediation activities, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has launched the “Employment Intermediation” module within the “Labour and Employment” subsystem (LEMS).
Accordingly, the process of maintaining the registry of such legal entities and reporting on employment intermediation activities has been digitalized with the aim of increasing transparency in the labour market and expanding employment opportunities for jobseekers and unemployed persons.
Through the new module, legal entities engaged in employment intermediation activities will electronically submit to the Ministry information on their activities, as well as data on the number of individuals who apply to them for employment and those they place in jobs.
This serves to ensure the prompt and systematic submission of the relevant information, enhance transparency in the field concerned, and enable reporting to be carried out in a digital environment without paper-based documentation or additional correspondence.
Legal entities may also access this LEMS service by navigating through the registries section of the official website of the State Employment Agency (https://dma.gov.az/reyestrler/iseduzeltme-vasitecilerinin-reyestri-661).
