The 4 millionth citizen has been served at the DOST centers
The number of citizens served at the DOST centers has reached 4 million. The 4 millionth citizen — Firuz Novruzov, a resident of the Khazar district of Baku — received the service corresponding to his request at the Baku DOST Center No. 2.
Seymur Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, met with Firuz Novruzov and congratulated him on being the 4 millionth citizen.
It was stated that the DOST Agency was established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev in May 2019. Over the past period, 7 DOST centers, the “Smart DOST” service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, as well as the Kalbajar and Fuzuli DOST service points, have been put into operation.
The DOST concept, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, has enabled the provision of 160 social services under the “one-stop shop” principle in an operational, transparent, modern, and innovative manner.
Information was provided on the services delivered at the DOST centers, and it was emphasized that the level of citizen satisfaction with these services is 98.6 percent.
Firuz Novruzov expressed his satisfaction with the prompt response to his request at the DOST center, as well as with the services provided by DOST.
