New functionality has also been created for managing quota jobs in the ƏMAS
Within the framework of improvements made to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection’s “Labour and Employment” subsystem (LEMIS), a new functionality has been launched in this e-system for managing quota-based job placements.
Thus, information regarding persons with special social protection needs (persons with disabilities, members of martyr families, young people under the age of 20, single parents raising one or more children, parents with five or more children, as well as parents raising children with disabilities, etc.) has been integrated into LEMIS.
As a result, employers are now able, in real time, to:
-
monitor all quota-related information from their personal dashboards and manage the process of quota-based job placements more efficiently,
-
view the number of quota job placements allocated to their enterprises and the status of implementation through LEMIS,
-
obtain full information regarding their obligations concerning the current quota-based job placements.
At the same time, the e-system ensures the prompt receipt of information regarding individuals applying for quota-based job placements and allows for the automatic verification of citizens’ eligibility for the category of persons requiring special social protection.
Planning, reporting, and management processes related to the implementation of quota-based job placements will also be carried out more effectively.
This new functionality will make a significant contribution to increasing internal awareness within enterprises regarding quota obligations and expanding employment opportunities for persons with special social protection needs.
