From January to November, 25 million requests were made to the Ministry’s e-services
Social Indicators for 11 Months
In January–November of the current year, 25 million requests were submitted to the electronic services provided to the public within the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
During the same period, the country’s social registry, the “e-Social” portal, was accessed 15.4 million times, and 235,000 assignments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are currently delivered electronically. In addition, numerous proactive services, the multifunctional “e-Social” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are in operation.
The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of up to 80 institutions. Including inquiries from those institutions, the total number of inquiries, requests, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems during the first 11 months of this year amounted to 427 million.
