An AI-based digital assistant service, “iDost,” has been implemented on the “e-Social” platform.
An AI-based digital assistant service, “iDost,” has been launched on the “e-Social” portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population with the aim of enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens.
Through the “iDost” section located on the platform’s main page, citizens can access relevant electronic services directly or obtain detailed information about those services simply by typing their requests, without searching through the site menu. For example, based on queries such as “I want to check my pension” or “I need to obtain an electronic certificate,” the artificial intelligence directs users to the appropriate service within seconds.
“iDost” is capable of promptly responding to citizens’ questions related to pension provision, social payments, disability, obtaining certificates, and other social services. Users can freely type their questions and receive the necessary information along with service links.
One of the system’s key advantages is the availability of an interactive engagement mechanism with citizens. In order to improve the quality of the responses provided by the artificial intelligence, a dedicated evaluation feature has been introduced. Users can rate responses using stars and share their feedback and suggestions, thereby contributing to the further improvement of the system.
