A new update has been implemented in LEMS regarding salary supplements for healthcare workers

A new functionality has been implemented in the “Labour and Employment” subsystem (LEMS) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population to ensure compliance with legislative requirements related to the remuneration of healthcare workers financed from the state budget.

Under the update, when employment contracts are entered into LEMS, it becomes possible to include the relevant statutory wage supplements предусмотрed by legislation for healthcare workers employed under hazardous working conditions.

This functionality serves to ensure that the remuneration of healthcare workers is carried out in accordance with regulatory legal acts and that salary calculations are performed accurately and transparently.

The new feature also contributes to more precise data formation within LEMS and enables the effective management of labour relations in a digital environment.
