In January 2026, 626,000 applications were submitted to the electronic services provided to the population across the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.

Last month, 26,000 entitlements were assigned proactively via the e-infrastructure, while nearly 87,000 electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.

As a result of the extensive digitalization programme implemented in the social sector in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are currently delivered electronically. The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions.

Including queries from those institutions, the number of queries, applications, and services processed through the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population’s e-systems amounted to 21 million last month.
