27 million applications were made to the ministry's e-services last year

Last year, 27 million applications were made to the electronic services provided to the population in the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

The “e-social” portal, which is the country's social registry, was used 17 million times during that period, and 258 thousand appointments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.

As a result of the extensive electronicization program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry's services are currently provided via e-procedure. In addition, many proactive services, the “e-social” portal with wide functional capabilities, and the “Labor and Employment” subsystem are operating.

The integration of the Ministry's e-systems with the information databases of up to 80 institutions is being carried out. Including requests from these institutions, the number of requests, applications and services via the Ministry's e-systems in the past year was 458 million.
