What documents are required for a one-time payment under the compulsory state personal insurance in the case of a serviceman being declared missing without notice or legally declared dead by a court decision?

An identity document of the heir(s);
The death certificate of the insured person;
A certificate of inheritance rights;
A report on the incident and confirmation that the person is considered the insured under the relevant insurance (original of Annex No. 1);
An opinion from the medical institution’s medical advisory commission;
A final court decision declaring the insured missing or legally dead;
If the application is submitted through a representative, the representative’s identity document and a document confirming their authority (a power of attorney or a document proving guardianship or custodianship).
