About the Service
Persons (families) who are unable to care for themselves due to illness, disability, or old age, as well as those who do not have able-bodied relatives or legal representatives to provide care and assistance — including persons in the terminal (final) stage of a disease;
Minors who are neglected or in a socially dangerous situation;
Victims of human trafficking;
Victims of domestic violence;
Persons experiencing social alienation (disadaptation) or social deprivation (deprivation).
